Head of Legal | Dolfin Financial
Deanna joined Dolfin at its inception and has been serving as Head of Legal at Dolfin. She manages legal and regulatory aspects of Dolfin business and corporate structures and advises on strategic development of Dolfin group. Her practice areas centre on funds, asset and wealth management, custody, offshore vehicles and corporate governance.
Deanna and her team work closely with all Dolfin business lines and advise on product development, project delivery and associated legal risks management. Her recent interests include offshore structures and cryptocurrency.
Prior to joining Dolfin, Deanna advised on various cross border mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets and corporate restructuring transactions at the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Baker & McKenzie.
She read law at Sun Yat-Sen University in China and has also acquired an L.L.M at University College London. Deanna qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales at the London office of Baker and McKenzie and is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese.
In her spare time, Deanna plays golf, badminton and tennis all year around and skis in the winter. She also enjoys reading and travelling
